One century. Twenty decisions. Every solution creates another problem. You are humanity's steward โ keep civilization and human agency alive until 2126.
CENTURY is a work of speculative fiction and a strategy thought experiment โ not a scientific forecast, prediction, or policy recommendation. Events, nations, and technologies are fictionalized and globally framed. It does not endorse cruelty, discrimination, or the removal of human rights as "correct" play.
Each runs from 0 to 100. Let a critical one hit zero and the century ends there.

You steward humanity from 2026 to 2126 across 20 decisions, one every five years.
Each decision moves your six world metrics. Four of them โ Human Survival, Global Stability, Habitability, and Human Agency โ are critical: if any hits 0, the century ends in catastrophe. Prosperity and Knowledge open or close future options and shape your final score.
Choices show qualitative hints (direction and rough size), never exact numbers. Some choices plant delayed consequences that surface one to three decisions later โ watch for the purple notes.
There is no single winning strategy, and no unavoidable defeat. Balance beats obsession. Warnings appear when a metric drifts into danger.
Each five years that pass apply a small, constant background strain to a stressed world (habitability, stability, prosperity). It never secretly grows โ but it means your choices must add up to more than they take, or the century slowly slips away.
Keyboard: press 1 / 2 / 3 to choose, Enter or Space to advance, M to mute, Esc to close dialogs. Every control is reachable by Tab.
The same seed plus the same choices always produce the same century โ share a seed to compare runs.
